What we collect on this site

To join the waitlist we ask for one thing: your email address. We use it to tell you about MedLynx early access — when cohorts open, and how to get in. Nothing else. We don’t sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.

After you join, we invite you to share a few optional details: your name, whether you’re signing up as a patient or a caregiver, and which parts of MedLynx you’re most interested in. These are entirely voluntary — skipping them changes nothing about your place on the list. We use them to understand the most valuable areas we can invest in for our customers, to prioritize what we build, and to decide who to invite in each early-access cohort. We don’t treat them as medical information, and we don’t ask about your diagnoses, medications, or health history.

Leaving the list

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address and any details you shared at any time by writing to hello@medlynx.co. Deletion requests are honored promptly and permanently.

About the product itself

MedLynx — the product — will handle sensitive health information, and it is being built privacy-first from the ground up: strict data practices, audit trails, source-wording preservation, and a full export of your data available anytime. Before we invite anyone to use the product with real health information, we will publish a complete privacy policy covering exactly how that information is stored, processed, and protected. We will not shortcut this.

MedLynx is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for talking to a clinician.
